  1. Sautee a pound of mushrooms. Brown a pound of hamburger, drain it. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of flour around on the meat. Put a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper on the meat, and pour in two thirds of a cup of milk. Stir it around and heat it up until it thickens a little. Dump in a can of cream of chicken soup. Add the mushrooms. Add 1 1/3 cup of sour cream. Stir and heat it through.

    Serve it over egg noodles (about a pound).

    Voila! Beef stroganoff that a guy can cook.
